Each smoker comes with a tub of hardwood chips (enough to smoke several times!).
To use: With a butane torch, lay a few wood chips in the smoker, on the screen. Do not overfill! Fire the torch down into the well for 5-10 seconds, pushing the smoke through and into your drink.
