What You’ll Do

  • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies for F.P. Horak and GiftVia.co.
  • Own CRM reporting—helping the sales and business development teams track performance and spot opportunities.
  • Run our internship program, shaping the next generation of marketing and business talent.
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and key projects—keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, training, and reporting to keep our growth engine running smoothly.
  • Jump into projects where needed—bringing your organizational skills, marketing eye, and creativity to the table.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but if you’re the right fit, we want you regardless!)
  • 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or project management experience (bonus points if you’ve supported executives before).
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • A natural communicator—clear, confident, and engaging.
  • Strong multitasking skills—you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A passion for marketing, brand building, and helping businesses grow.
